Senior Customer Success Manager/Advisor - Kaleido AI

In this role, you will be managing all aspects of sales & success on a global scale for our three visual AI products. You will take care of our B2B customer base and help them achieve their goals with our solutions - You will empower them to the world of design through our visual AI products, and also support Canvas wider user growth through your initiatives.

Your Tasks

  • Get a deeper understanding of the customers needs and provide them with world-class service during their whole journey with us.
  • Provide a smooth customer onboarding that makes them feel welcomed and ensures that they will stay long-term with us.
  • Evaluate the present strategy by identifying and resolving any misalignment that you come across.
  • Identify areas of growth in our existing account base & seek up- and cross selling initiatives and consultings with the rest of the sales team.
  • Discover new opportunities for growth and align them with your colleagues & drive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Ability to rally others by taking on a leadership role and successfully achieve goals together with your team
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in an SaaS environment over at least 5+ years.
  • Understanding and experience in using state-of-art customer success tools like salesforce, totango, gainsight or churnzero.
  • Knowledge of key Customer Success metrics: terminologies such as Expansion, Churn, Contraction, Renewal, NRR are not new to you and you know how to influence those metrics with actions.
  • Your ability to effectively communicate, defuses any high-tension situation with customers & you always seek clarity in any business dialogue.
  • Taking responsibility for your own actions: you look for solutions rather than problems.
  • Know-how in building effective relationships by facilitating an open dialogue, internally as externally and a customer-centric approach in your actions.

We are required by law to state the  minimum salary for this position , which is EUR 65,000 gross per year. We pay  competitive salaries  - depending on your qualifications and experience - and you also get to  participate in the company’s stock option program .
