Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you. 


What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

About the team
The Print & Partnerships group is building a world-class manufacturing network for print products and unleashing the power of Canva via Canva Print and Print Partnerships with companies like FedEx, Office Depot, and Staples.

Growing Canva Print has become a key goal this year and our group is doubling down to add new Print Service Providers to accelerate Canva’s vision to empower the world to truly design anything, and publish anywhere.

We’ve seen incredible growth and we are rapidly scaling in this space, but there is a whole lot more to do to achieve our vision, so we are looking for a Print Partner Development and Success manager to join us and help propel us towards our mission.

What You'll Do:

  • Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities for adding new Print Service Providers:
  • Our Canva print orders are fulfilled using Print Service Providers located worldwide. Your responsibility will be to research and assess the need for new Print Service Providers in different global regions.
  • You will be the main contact to onboard new Print Service providers and will set up initial calls to review their capabilities to produce print products for Canva Print.
  • Collaborate with the Canva legal team to ensure their compliance with our strict security requirements.
  • Set up calls with new print partners and our internal security and sustainability teams to make sure we are adding compliant and sustainable partners.
  • Engage the Print finance team to approve pricing for new print partners and products.
  • Proactively work with the Print Ops team and Engineering team to make sure products and partners are launched on schedule.

  • Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities for existing Print Partnerships:
  • Send monthly data reports, conduct quarterly business reviews, and find ways to boost revenue from print partnerships.
  • Lead discussions to promote the advantages of adding new templates, new features, and marketing campaigns. 

Who You Are:

  • You are customer-focused, diligent, and understand the needs of an efficient and high-quality operation.
  • You are a quick learner, great with data, and a creative problem solver who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • You are highly proficient in industry software MS Office, Google Docs, and other applicable programs. Knowledge, understanding, and usage of 3rd party reporting tools (Amplitude, Looker).
  • You have proven attention to detail and willingness to learn existing workflows and contribute to creating new workflows.
  • You have exceptional project management skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with partners and internal teams.
  • You possess organizational skills, adaptability, and composure under fire are equally important.
  • You have proficient knowledge of Canva.
  • You have knowledge of prepress and printing standards. Proficient knowledge of CMYK, RGB, color modes, and conversion.
