From all the incredible ways Canvanauts bring our values to life, to the unique identities, experiences and talents they bring to their roles, every Canvanaut plays an active role in evolving our culture.

Be a Force for Good

As a global platform we strongly believe we have a responsibility to do the most good we can in the world. Being a Force for Good is threaded through everything we do and our team are inspired by our values and mission to take action.

We actively encourage every Canvanaut to use their three days of paid Force For Good volunteer leave each year, to make a positive difference to the issues that are close to their heart. We also have a Gift Matching Program for our team to support causes they care about. 

But these actions are just the beginning.

We're driven by our Be A Force For Good value to take bold climate action. The scientific consensus is clear that we must limit global warming to 1.5°C. To achieve this, the planet needs to reduce emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

Canva’s Australian operations have been carbon neutral since 2020. As of 2021, our entire global operations, including print and subsidiaries, are also carbon neutral. We’ve now entered the Beyond Net Zero phase, where we focus on regeneration, building our impact and healing the planet.
