Doodle Two-Step Plan

We're serious about doing the most good we can in the world. Are you ready for your impact to go further?

It's in our DNA

We have a simple yet hugely ambitious Two-Step Plan at Canva.

Step 1: Build one of the world’s most valuable companies.

Step 2: Do the most good we can.

It’s our wildly optimistic belief that there is enough money, creativity and good will in the world to solve many of our world’s biggest problems. Since day one, this belief, coupled with our drive to be a part of this positive change, has been a core part of our DNA.

That means when you join Canva every time you grow the value of our company by achieving a goal, or launching a product feature, your work contributes directly to our ability to do the most good we can. Check out our video to find out more.

The Canva Foundation

In 2021 our founders, Melanie Perkins and Cliff Obrecht, announced they’re donating the majority of their equity to do good in the world through the Canva Foundation.

The Canva Foundation is our vehicle for philanthropic donations and collaborating with other charities. Recently, we've been working with GiveDirectly in Malawi to create both immediate and lasting change for individuals and communities in need through direct cash transfers.
